- We recommend cleaning the diffuser every 2 months, before installing a new fragrance or refill and if the diffuser remains unused for over one week.

Diffuser Cleaning
Cleaning Steps
- Empty the oil from a canister and replace with 20ml of rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol.
- Screw the bottle into the diffuser and turn the machine ON for 20 minutes to clean out the diffuser head and tube. This will thoroughly clean the interior tubing of the device.
- Pour out the rubbing alcohol (no rinsing required) and replace with your favorite aroma oil blend.
F-Matic Inc., subject to the exclusions noted below, warrants its Venti Diffuser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on the pump or electrical parts under normal consumer usage for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This Warranty is transferable with original invoice.
This Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from use of the Diffuser in other than its intended manner;
- Defects or damage from misuse, accident, neglect, or improper cleaning of the device;
- Defects or damage from use of other than F-Matic approved essential oils and fragrances;
- Defects or damage from use of impure or adulterated essential oils, or blends containing vegetable or massage oils, or synthetic carrier oils;
- Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind;
- Breakage or damage caused by use of other than the specified mains supply voltage (120/240 VAC country-specific), or use of other than the as-supplied Power Adapter;
- Diffusers disassembled or repaired by other than F-Matic so as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection, verification, and testing to verify any warranty claim;
- Defects or damage due to overfilling or spilling;
- Marring such as scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed parts resulting from normal use;
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
This Warranty is the Buyer’s exclusive remedy and applies to new Diffusers purchased from F-Matic or its approved distributors and resellers.
