Do you have any allergen-free fragrances?
While none of our commercial fragrance are allergen-free, we do offer fragrances in a variety of scent intensities. Our lightest scents are popular in spaces where fragrance sensitivity is an issue.

How much space does your Twist passive air freshener cover?
The Twist will effectively eliminate odors in up to 6000 cubic feet. That’s the equivalent of the average two-stall restroom.
Why are commercial fragrances so expensive?
F-MATIC passive air freshener refills are 100% premium fragrance oils in a unique cartridge engineered to utilize the power of gravity to constantly renew the fragrance over the life of the refill. This means you get the same scent experience on day 60 as you do on day one. Our Twist passive fragrances also contain a molecular odor counteractant, so they effectively eliminate odors instead of merely masking them.
Overall, the Twist offers more value for your dollar than other forms of air care. It requires no batteries, fuel cells, or other forms of artificial power, saving you time and money.
How long do your air fresheners last?
Our Twist passive refills offer a full 60 days of continuous fragrance.
The service cycle of our high-performance gels is 30 days.
F-MATIC offers metered aerosols in cans with either 3,400 or 9,000 sprays. Depending on your dispenser settings the 3,400 spray can may last up to 45 days and the 9,000 spray can may last up to 90 days.
Do I have to buy new dispensers if I switch to the Twist?
We designed the Twist to fit in our current dispensers as well as a majority of competitors’ dispensers. You shouldn’t have to purchase a new one to make the switch, but F-MATIC does offer our mini passive air dispensers with private labeling. It’s another way your business can stand out. Venti Questions
What is cold air diffusion?
Cold Air Diffusion works by using high air pressure to turn the oils into a dry mist of particles. There is no heat involved in this process. All diffusers sold by F-Matic use this latest technology, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Does the Venti diffuser require maintenance?
We recommend you clean out your diffuser every month by running a small amount of rubbing alcohol through your diffuser. You will need to change the fragrance oil bottle when it is empty every 30-60 days depending on your settings.
Does the Venti diffuser only work with cold air?
Venti diffusers function in any temperature and can be used with a fan or heat settings in your HVAC system. Warm air will also increase the scent of the fragrance.
Will the Venti diffusers damage my HVAC system?
Our diffusers turn the fragrance oil into a dry mist of nanoparticles which are then released into your HVAC system. Ventilation systems are not in danger as long as the step by step instructions for diffuser placement are followed. TIP: The tube attached from our diffuser to your HVAC should be straight, not curved, to prevent buildup.
What size room can the Venti machine handle?
The machines are fully adjustable for different sizes. Each machine is most effective in the following spaces: Versa – 15,000 sq. ft. / Breza – 6,000 sq. ft. / Lumara – 1,200 sq. ft. Depending on the essential or aroma oil you use it may cover more area since some oils are more potent than others. When connected to HVAC, coverage may increase. Ideal for scenting large spaces such as offices, business lobbies, or stores. This machine is the most potent and discrete diffuser on the market.
Where can I place the Venti machine?
You must place the Venti machine on a flat surface where it can take full advantage of the natural airflow in the space. You can mount it or connect to the HVAC. When wall mounting the machine, make sure it is secured properly and is at least 6 feet off the ground and 20 inches from the ceiling. Refer to the User Manual for more details and how to connect to HVAC (air conditioning and heating system).
Do I need to adjust the Venti machine?
Yes! The Venti machine is a very powerful device that can handle small and very large spaces. If it is set too high for the room size, it can cause discomfort for some people. Adjusting scent intensity is easy. Simply touch the up and down button on the device to adjust interval time from 30 seconds to 300 seconds. Start at 30 seconds on and work your way up if needed.
How strong should I make the scent?
Remember, less is more. The machine allows you to get rid of bad odors and create a unique ambiance with small amounts of scent. Unlike other air fresheners, the machine can be adjusted with a simple touch. Human noses become used to scent very fast, so if you don’t smell the scent anymore, that doesn’t mean it’s not there. Simply leave the scented area and re-enter with a fresh nose to get a better feel of how strong it is.
What is the capacity of the Venti bottle?
The fragrance diffuser is designed only to take machine bottles specific to the diffuser.
How long does the essential oil last in the Venti bottle?
The Venti machine uses a 500ml bottle of fragrance oil that will last 1 month with daily usage running about 12 hours a day. To preserve the fragrance oil, we highly recommend using the internal 24/7 timer and set it up so that the diffuser doesn’t run at night. Depending on the fragrance oil you are using that time may increase or decrease. Some fragrance oils diffuse a lot faster due to their consistency and viscosity.
What is the average Fragrance Oil consumption of the Venti machine?
Oil consumption strongly depends on the fragrance oil being used. Essential oils diffuser faster than aroma oils. Average oil consumption ranges from 2ml-4ml per hour.
What if my unit does not turn on?
Check to make sure the power adapter is correctly plugged into the DC power jack and the electrical source. If hours of operation timer is set incorrectly and you are trying to diffuse during the time that the machine is programmed to be off, the Venti machine will not scent.
How do I unlock the LCD if it is locked and I can’t control the device?
This machine’s intuitive timer is designed to lock itself (shut off) after 5 minutes if not in use. To unlock the display simply press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds.
What if my unit does not scent or there is almost no scent coming out?
Check first that there is fragrance oil in the bottle and the bottle is screwed in straight and snug. If there is fragrance in the bottle but you still don’t smell anything then either the device is in rest or pause mode, turned off, or the diffuser core is clogged and needs cleaning. Please see care and maintenance instructions in manual.
How do I connect this machine to the HVAC (air conditioning system)?
Depending on the HVAC set up of your home and amount of air handlers that service your entire home, choose the air handler that covers the largest area. Refer to the operating manual.
Is the Venti machine safe to use with children and pets?
Yes. When used as directed and only with our fragrances, the Venti machine is the safest cold-air diffuser available. Make sure to request SDS if you require more info about the oil being diffused.
Is the Venti diffuser Eco-Friendly?
Our diffusers are the most Eco-friendly made products on the market. Unlike aerosols, the Venti machine uses no propellants, phthalates and produces no harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Unlike many air fresheners, the Venti machine uses no ethanol or similar solvent to enhance the evaporation of our fragrance oils.
What is the Warranty for the Venti Diffusers?
6 month warranty on only the pump and electrical parts. Warranty only covers internal issues to the product. F-Matic is not liable if fragrance leaks into the electrical parts of the diffusers. They do not cover any damage to the product or for extended use.
