● What qualifies under this policy? For new customers, your first order qualifies. For existing customers, your first order in 12 months or your first order for an F-MATIC product you’ve never purchased before will qualify.
● Is there a minimum order quantity? No.
● What can be returned? Any items on your qualifying order. Just be sure you return them in their original packaging and in new, salable condition.
● How can I make a return under this policy? Just call our office within 90 days of your purchase order to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have the RA number, send the items back to us, freight prepaid.
● When do I need to pay your invoice? In order to qualify for the F-MATIC No Risk Guarantee, you must pay the original invoice within our regular payment terms.
● When will I receive my refund? We’ll issue a credit on your account or send you a check (your choice) within 10 business days after receipt of the returned items.
